Shruti Gupta

Shruti’s has led multiple design ventures from the start for brands like PayPal, Frog & PayTM in her 8+ years of design experience.

Before starting Fleck she helped expand her family metal manufacturing business to a design-led export house.

She leads marketing & digital product for Fleck & co-owns operations.

About the Role

We're seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid & organic advertising campaigns across digital platforms. You'll be responsible for driving measurable ROI through strategic campaign management, focusing on both our domestic market and international expansion

Core Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, (Facebook/Instagram/whatsapp), and other relevant platforms

Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights through weekly/monthly reports

Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting

Track and improve key metrics: ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value

Marketing Automations

Oversee existing customer journey automations to ensure optimal performance

Design and implement new automated journeys to enhance customer experience

Email and Whatsapp Marketing

Analyze performance metrics and market trends to optimize broadcast and email campaigns

Develop and execute strategic plans to improve conversion rates

Monitor campaign analytics to identify opportunities for enhanced engagement

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce/lifestyle brands

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury/premium product marketing

Social Media Manager

Role Overview We're looking for a creative Social Media Manager to build and nurture our brand community across digital platforms. You'll be the voice of Fleck online, crafting compelling narratives around our products, artisans, and the lifestyle we represent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
  • Create and curate engaging content calendar aligned with product launches, festivals, and gifting occasions
  • Write compelling captions that blend our brand's premium positioning with approachable, warm storytelling
  • Manage day-to-day community engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and building relationships with followers
  • Collaborate with photographers/videographers to create visually stunning content showcasing our products
  • Develop Instagram Reels, Stories, and carousel posts that drive engagement and product discovery
  • Partner with influencers and brand advocates for authentic content creation
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies for the home decor and lifestyle space
  • Work with artisan partners to share behind-the-scenes stories and craftsmanship processes
  • Track and report on social media metrics: engagement rate, follower growth, reach, and content performance

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of social media management experience, preferably in lifestyle, home decor, or luxury brands
  • Exceptional writing skills with ability to adapt tone from elegant to conversational
  • Strong visual aesthetic and understanding of photography/styling for social media
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, basic video editing apps, scheduling tools)
  • Experience in influencer outreach and collaboration management
  • Understanding of social commerce and shoppable content strategies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple content streams
